Description

Satisfy your sweet tooth while promoting healthy digestion with our Gut Wellness Fruit Jelly! With its fruity flavour and chewy texture, this snack is an easy and fun way to add some gut-friendly goodness to your diet.

Ingredients
  • 150 grams Grapes (or fruit of your choice) (Cut and wash)
  • 250 milliliters Water
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of grass-fed gelatine
Instructions
  1. Cut and wash 150g of grapes.

  2. In a blender, add the grapes, 250ml of water, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Blend until smooth.

  3. In a saucepan, pour in the blended fruit mixture and add 2 tablespoons of grass-fed gelatine. Mix well using a whisk or a fork.

  4. Place the saucepan on low heat and continue to stir the mixture.

  5. Once the mixture starts to warm up, set it aside and allow it to cool down for a few minutes.

  6. Pour the mixture into a mould and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

  7. Once set, remove the jelly from the mould and enjoy it as a healthy snack.

  8. Freeze it and use as ice cube and add it to infused water!

  • Cook this recipe at low heat.
  • Use fresh ingredients for better taste
  • After cooking, wait for at least 15 minutes for better taste
