Description

A delicious and easy garlic bread recipe made with crusty slices of sourdough bread and a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and fresh cilantro. Perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 Loaf of Sourdough (Sliced)
  • 30 g Fresh Garlic (Minced)
  • pinch Sea Salt (To taste)
  • 10 g Cilantro Chopped (Optional)
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven

    Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Slice sourdough

    Cut the sourdough loaf into slices and arrange on a baking sheet.

  3. Prepare the garlic mix

    In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and cilantro (if using).

  4. Apply the garlic mix
