Ingredients
  • 1.5 can Can
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 red chili (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 large wraps
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp of sriracha sauce
Instructions
  1. Drain the tuna cans and transfer the tuna to a mixing bowl. Use a fork to break the tuna chunks into smaller pieces.

  2. Add diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and finely chopped red chilli to the mixing bowl.

  3. Add one cup of spinach to the mixing bowl and toss the ingredients together until they're evenly mixed.

  4. In a small bowl, mix two tablespoons of mayonnaise with two tablespoons of sriracha sauce to create the sauce.

  5. Lay out two large wraps on a flat surface, such as a cutting board.

  6. Spoon half of the tuna mixture onto each wrap and spread it out into a thin layer, leaving a border of about an inch around the edges.

  7. Drizzle the sriracha mayo sauce over the tuna mixture.

  8. Fold the bottom edge of the wrap up towards the centre, then fold both sides in towards the centre, and roll the wrap upwards to close it. Repeat with the second wrap.

  9. Slice each wrap in half, and serve immediately.
